In January of last year, Clemson University announced plans for a new women's sports facility that would displace the Clemson Crew from the current boathouse, which is to be demolished. Over the past year, the team has navigated this new reality through conversations with the University, and now with the City of Clemson, to find a new home. While much has yet to be decided and even more still has to be figured out, we can assist in a number of ways in the coming months and years.

Obviously, we can lend our financial support to the team (donate through the portal below if you can) to help defray any potential moving costs not covered by the University and to aid in the purchase of racks, materials, and whatever else they need to establish their new residence until something more permanent can be built.

We can also lend our expertise — the City and the team need the help of folks with experience in:

  • contracting, design, and construction of a new boathouse

  • legal expertise (terms of contract/MOU with the City for using the land, any legal action involving the university)

  • anything else you can think of that might come in handy...if you were around when the first Boathouse was built you know a thing or two about a thing or two!

OUR CAMPAIGN GOAL IS $200,000 — DONATE TODAY TO HELP THE TEAM!

If you're interested in helping out, please reach out to Connor Marcinek (cmarcinek2@gmail.com), who can put you in touch with the team leadership.

THANK YOU AND GO TIGERS!
